The Challenge

Design Mixy faced the challenge of creating a brand identity that would differentiate Radent Colombo in a market saturated with property developers. Logo & Brand Identity The Radent Colombo logo embodied architectural excellence, stability, and forward-thinking development through strong, confident typography with geometric precision subtly referencing construction and architectural elements. The brand mark balanced modern minimalism with substantial presence—commanding respect whether displayed on towering construction billboards or embossed on luxury property brochures.

Color Palette & Visual System Design Mixy developed a sophisticated color palette reflecting both Colombo's tropical vibrancy and the premium nature of Radent's developments. The primary palette incorporated deep, authoritative tones paired with metallic accents communicating luxury and quality construction. Supporting colors created visual warmth while maintaining corporate professionalism across diverse applications.

Comprehensive Brand Guidelines

The branding package included detailed guidelines ensuring consistent application: typography system, logo usage standards, photography style direction, supporting graphic elements, and real-world application examples across business cards, property brochures, site signage, and digital platforms.

Tools and Technologies

The project leveraged Adobe Illustrator for logo development, Adobe InDesign for brand guideline documentation, and Adobe Photoshop for realistic mockups showing the brand across property development scenarios. Color systems were developed with both print and digital specifications.
