What counts as one request?
One piece of design with a single goal: a set of social posts, a flyer, a logo, a deck. Bigger jobs like a website are split into steps, and we tell you upfront how we will break them down.
What exactly do I get with a subscription?
A senior design team on call for one monthly fee. Unlimited requests and revisions: you have one to four open at a time depending on your plan, and send the next as soon as one is delivered.
How fast will I get my designs?
Quick jobs like social posts and ad resizes come back within 24 hours. Bigger pieces such as a logo or a deck take 2–3 working days, and a full website is split into steps so you see progress every few days.
Do I own the designs?
Yes. Approved work is yours, with editable source files when the format allows. Fonts and stock images keep their own licences, and we tell you when one applies.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Quarterly and annual plans run to the end of the period you paid for. Either way, every file we delivered stays yours.
